La Rotllada is a rural country house, an ancient guest house dating back from the 14th century, which had a great significance and fame until some decades ago, because it was an obligatory stop of teamsters and traders halfway through the track that linked Vic and Olot, one of the most used country tracks. The white colour of their facades is due to the period in which the house has been built, because it was usual that guest houses were painted with this colour in order to identify them.

The rural country house is located in Cantonigros, in Collsacabra, in one natural and protected space. This zone shapes an extraordinary high plateau, worthy of admiration from any perspective. With an incredible environment, “El Sot de Ca la Rotllada” is surrounded with El Morral de Caselles and the ferocious wall of El Pla d’Aiats, and it’s lined with other rural country houses, all of them are very well preserved and respectful with the environment, drawing an idyllic landscape.
Nowadays, you will find 8 tourist apartments and a small restaurant at the service of the people accommodated in the rural country house, where Maria, jointly with Toni, his husband, will do everything they can so that you enjoy your stay.
